We should all equal opportunity to invest regardless of financial ability or lack insight, we should not be restricted to invest in opportunities only afforded to wealthy and the ones making well above average incomes
I oppose efforts by FINRA to restrict how I can invest (which could include leveraged and inverse funds). I well know the risks involved and choose to make my own decisions along the risk/reward path.
It's a publicly available ETF. The ETF should simply have a disclaimer that describes how there is decay (declining value) do to the options component and that it can be dangerous to hold for long periods of time if not monitored well.
I would like the option of having all financial tools available to me in order to make the best possible decisions regarding my financial well being. This includes being able to use leveraged and inverse funds
The right to invest is a freedom of choice and having that right taken away is unconstitutional, unethical and is anti-capitalism.
I personally wish to continue to invest in cryptocurrency (and BITO) just like I trade on the foreign exchange as well as on the stock market.
Comments:As an American, I cherish my rights to make decisions for or against my well being. I do not appreciate the Big Brother controls on so many institutions and consider such the erosion of my freedom. Thank you.
Comments: FINRA should not over-regulate the ETF market, which is quite efficient as is. I have traded ETFs for 40 years and they have served me well as far as picking a sector rather than a singular stock.
I have been trading stocks and options for over 20 years and have done quite well. I oppose any regulator who limits my ability to continue my current practice and continued success.
The money is mine. I earned it and spent time finding an advisor to help me invest it according to my needs. No one else knows my needs well enough or cares enough to tske control of my money.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged and invest funds as I am well aware of the risks involved in investing in these funds and capable of managing such type of funds. By restricting to invest, it questions my rights to access the markets.
