Please level the playing field. We need to be open to invest as everyone else with more money. Cautioning is appropriate but not making the process harder.

I should be able to make my own decisions about my investments, not regulators. I can read & understand the notices that are provided when I choose an investment and should not be required to take a test to prove it.
I use inverse funds as well as other instruments and it will be detrimental to my portfolio if I am unable to use them.

I use leveraged funds to managed my portfolio to reach my investment goals. Leveraged funds are safer and easier to understand that other levers like margin, options and crypto currencies. Please allow individual investors the option to invest in leveraged funds.
I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I have invested in leveraged and inverse funds for years, and am fully capable of understanding these funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.
The proposed restrictions on my right
I believe levaraged investments help offset losses in other securities. Without leveraged investments it could radically move my account into losses. Also hedging is especially useful to avoid losses since I can offset losses. With leverage and hedging taken away that would also reduce liquidity and so increase voltility. It would be a very bad move to take away these useful tools.
I need to buy leveraged ETF such as QLD and TQQQ in order to achieve my financial retirement plan goal. Please provide me the opportunity to buy leveraged ETF for me and my family's future.
Leave leveraged funds alone! They have served me well by adding significant gains to my retirement assets.
I don't want to be parented by a government agency that wants to take away investor's rights and destroy a free market system wherein investor's determine their own suitability and investment goals.
