Fidelity is going to offer bitcoin and youre going to limit leveraged etfs? How does that make sense. Bitcoin isnt even real.
Leveraged etfs have a place in a portfolio as part of a risk tolerant strategy, adding with bonds its easier to create the optimal portfolio mix for a given risk level. Its just a tool in the toolbox, why limit it?
