You should not limit my ability to invest in any fund I chose.
I invest in leveraged funds when the market index goes well below where I thin it should be and expect increased returns when the market recovers.
I understand the concerns associated with options and leveraged products (2x,3x). However I dont think restrictions should be placed for people with experience. There are other areas that deserve your attention instead of this. We will let our congressmen know as well.
The correct mechanism for correcting these issues is through risk disclosure, which is already done.
I am well aware of the risks and do not want additional obstacles in investing, with the end result of limiting access of financial products to the most privileged.
Please continue to allow retail investors to invest in leverage and inverse ETFs, as well cryptocurrency ETFs. Retail investors are aware of what they invest in and are taking full responsibility for their own action. It is their freedom and this freedom should not be taken away.
Dear sirs, I am a small investor, however I should still have the right to purchase inverse funds. If big players have the ability to short the market, I should be able to buy inverse funds as well. Please reconsider.
The individual small investor should have access to any and all investment vehicles available without arbitrary restrictions. This includes leveraged and inverse instruments as well as institutional products if the individual has sufficient capital to invest in these products.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest and trade in public investments such as leveraged and inverse funds. I would like to continue to use these vehicles to generate profits as well use them for hedging my open positions. Thank you.
I understand there are risked to crypto as well as other investments. Do not limit my choices. If I want to invest, I should have that freedom. Goverment has a track record of screwing things up when they get involved. Limited oversight is best.
Leverage is a fantastic wealth generator when used responsibly. You shouldnt take away my ability to use leveraged ETFs in a well balanced portfolio. Recommend additional education or waivers with these instruments, but dont take them away.
This freedom needs to be available to all investors not just the rich which is typical of the left to only help the rich and hurt the middle class. Inverse funds are a good way to protect the lower income investor and his or her rights as well.
