Honestly, I am TIRED of regulations on the free market, when it comes to non-hedge fund, non-market makers. These types of regulations are used to line the pockets of "smart money" and kill the chance of the American dream for anyone else.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I use leverage and inverse funds, which protect my investments and also provide enhanced returns. i use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio. Please do not restrict my investing ability in complex products. Thank you.
I should be able to choose which investments are right for me. I don't need regulators making it hard to invest, reserving these leveraged for the rich. If you feel the need to regulate something go after crypto.
It is very important that every American has the right to invest in what ever investment strategy they want and changing that leads to a total government take over on our rights as Americans to do with what we see fit to do with our money. I think it is important for investors to know what they are getting into. But more importantly, you have to let people learn from their mistakes and their successes without micro-managing every possible risk. This is yet another attempt by the Government to regulate and control their citizens. As individual opportunities we will be more dependent on the Government for solutions. Regulation of investing and trading is just another example of Government overreach.
Comments: We need to be able to trade these funds. We don't need a babysitter
I believe we should have the freedom to invest how we choose. You can put disclaimers, but do not block people from the ability to invest in what they choose.
