Wall Street big whales are using more complex financial derivation to achieve similar purpose with much higher leverage than common leverage etf(3x) , is it fair to limit individual/retail investors to do so? The leveraged funds protect the investments and enhances returns. The opportunity for retail investor like me will be lost if you do not allow leveraged fund investments. Please keep it open and ready for investments from retail investors.
