I didn't go to war for the US Army to have regulators here tell me I am assuming more risk than I am trained to take with MY money.
Please do not restrict access to my investment funds. We investors are made fully aware of the risks associated with different investments, but these different levels of risk are needed for a diverse portfolio.

This action is not based on any evidence of misuse of leveraged ETFs. Arguably, this action would push investors into far riskier investments such as cryptocurrencies, margin trading, short term options, and penny stocks - why draw the line at leveraged ETFs? Utilizing a leveraged ETF tracking DOW30 and S&P500 as a small percentage of my portfolio helps me enhance my returns. Leveraged

These types of funds help me to find above average returns and dividends on my capital and I use them as a supplement to the bulk of my portfolio.

It does not make sense to limit leveraged investments as long as I can get a mortgage for 20% or less down payment in an asset which can lose 50% in the matter of months during a recession.
