FINRA Reminds Firms of Their Sales Practice Obligations With Reverse Exchangeable Securities (Reverse Convertibles)
As someone who regularly and frequently invests in publicly traded securities it is my view that the federal government and its agencies do not have the right to tell individual investors what we can and cannot invest our money in.
