please don't put more restrictions on trading leveraged or inverse fund. They should be available to the us (small investors) as risk management tool when market at extremes. They are helpful to me to manage risks.

This is so wrong when you allow "the public" to buy a crypto. The risks are clearly laid out. The public is capable of understanding the risk of the leveraged funds... I DONT need regulators imposing what i can/cannot invest in
Regulators should not determine what risks or opportunities that I want to apply to my portfolio construction. Hands off the tools I use to hedge and diversify my portfolio. There is already plenty of literature and information on the risks associated on these investments.

Please to not restrict the ability for individuals to trade leveraged securities. Please let individuals assume the risk to that they wish to carry. Disclaimers already exist describing the risk of such securities and the type of trading involved.
Im a financial professional who understands the risks involved. People with no background in investments should go through a course to understand these risks with an inverse and leveraged fund. People with securities licenses have taken enough tests.
