Please do NOT take away my ability to trade the leveraged ETFs.
They can easily be used to control risk as well as to take risk. They are not difficult to understand. In fact they are easier to understand than many other types of investments,
A member firm may include related performance information in institutional communications concerning variable contracts, subject to the stated conditions discussed in the letter.
The correct mechanism for correcting these issues is through risk disclosure, which is already done.
I am well aware of the risks and do not want additional obstacles in investing, with the end result of limiting access of financial products to the most privileged.
Governement fools OVEREACH as usual - back off - investors can handle the risk - we don't need "mommy and daddy" to stick their unwanted nose in . I have been investing since 1986 and understand accpet RISK.

I am aware of the risks of investment in Proshares LEVERAGED AND INVERSE FUNDS, and I am willing to take the risk. I believe the decision should be left to the discretion of the investor, not the regulators. Public investments should be available to all public , not to a small group of privileged people.
