I should be able to choose the public investment on my own risk and I should not be restricted on proshare investment. I have been studied and invested in proshare. I have knowledge on my risk managment, and leveraged investment can help me progress my portfolio.
Trading inverse funds or leveraged funds has pros and cons and is a staple in a traders portfolio to hedge correctly in times of high volatility. These are high risk funds which carry plenty of risk to traders already. There is no reason to ban the trading for non regulators.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.
If you must, require me to agree to a statement saying I understand the risks just like I would to enter into an Options contract.
Inverse funds are important to my investment strategy.
Since I dont short individual stocks, this allows me a convenient way of doing so with less risk.

I do not want to be restricted from making financial decisions by restrictions being implemented on what type of investments I make.
I do understand that certain investments come with more risk.
I do not agree at all with restrictions on leveraged and inverse ETFs. I have made money and lost money investing. I full well realize the risk I am taking and know that I can lose it all. I shouldnt be restricted from taking that risk if I believe it is a good investment.
I appose any restrictions on my ability to choose an investment. As an investor it should be my choice to take the level of risk that I am comfortable with and my responsibility to educate myself about those risks. Limiting my choices as an investor limits my potential gains.
Leveraged ETFs allow me to take a little more risk being offered by market returns. This is an important tool to allow me to earn a slightly higher return in a low risk manner (because I am buying the market) vs buying individual stocks.
It is ridiculous to stop us from purchasing these types of securities. Every investor should have the right to invest in any products they deem worthy. That is why it is called capital risk. We all understand not every security is safe and we consider those risks.
