long or short market is a free investment, individual make their own decision and responsibility to put their money to work, based on their own homework, for this reason, government/regulator must get out of way to let people have choice to invest, more important, people are much more smart than regulator.
Please consider your decisions cautiously, since it would definitely have a huge impact on those who regularly put their money for retirement usage!
I strongly oppose restrictions on the ability to invest in complex funds. I understand that complex funds carry unique risks, but I and other adults are fully capable of performing our own research and analysis. We are capable of coming to our own decisions regarding whether or not to put money into a riskier investment. The ability to choose should belong to individual investors, not regulators
I strongly oppose additional regulations that would limit my ability to make my own investment decisions and manage my own risk. The existing requirement to provide a prospectus already provides investors with adequate risk information, however, I suggest adding content to the prospectus rather than creating burdensome new requirements that seem intended to discourage a particular type of

I should be able to choose my choices of funds. Leveraged or not....So I clearly oppose any restrictions to investing.
I would like to take High Risk and High Return. Please don't put any restrictions on my invcestment.
I'm writing to ask that you don't change rules that would disallow me from making my own choices on which funds that I choose to invest. There should not be any special litmus test to determine my ability to invest in funds of my choosing. Leverage funds have benefited me greatly. My investments have grown exponentially, especially during lean covid years. Most investors who use these
Investors, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for the inventors and family. Public investment should be available to all of the public.
Leveraged and inverse funds play an important role in my investment strategies. They serve a purpose, for example, to provide enhanced returns by taking a calculated risk bound by a limited part of my overall portfolio
