I am commenting on FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08:
- FINRA's proposed limits may restrict my access to L&I Funds or disqualify me from trading L&I Funds or other "complex products".
- I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family with public investments available to everyone in the public.

I have traded stocks for over 35 years and one of the most important rights we have as investors is the ability to make our own decisions on what specific investment vehicles we choose to buy and sell. Regulators should not limit this ability for individuals and should instead focus on finding those individuals or corporations abusing the system. Anyone that is investing should do their own due
As a non-professional retail investor, I strongly oppose the restriction of availability of leveraged and inverse ETFs and other investment vehicles. I cant believe you would attempt to limit my ability to invest in publically traded funds while allowing the continued manipulation of the market by the computer traded algorithimic front end trading which disadvantages the typical person investing and drives the market incessantly in one direction or the other from pure momentum. Why not reinstate some of the old rules such as the uptick rule

Security-specific information for firms with “de minimis” volume outside of an ATS is aggregated and published on a non-attributed basis. The trading information is derived directly from OTC trades
I recently joined the stock market. But I see there’s a lot of corruption with short sellers. I hope this can be straightened out so we have a fair market to do trading. Several of my friends are thinking about quitting trading all together if it doesn’t begin to be fair
On January 31, 2022, FINRA introduced the Participant Data Management System (“PDM”) which firms now use to manage access to the FINRA trade reporting facilities, including TRACE, ORF and ADF.
