Limiting the ability of the common stock holder to use leveraged stocks leave the market free for only the privileged few. Wrong doing and unjust.
I oppose restrictions on leveraged ETF products and the likes of them.
Individual investors should have the choice of any investment products. This is NOT only for rich or bigger group that they can take advantage.

Leveraged funds have helped me (a middle class American) access investment tools typically reserved for the ultra-wealthy. And my money is limited, so I dont place it in these funds without going through my own due diligence. Its absolutely a disgrace to limit my choice of these funds.

This is terrible. More regulation? Really? These investment strategies allow growth and individuals to compete and obtain long term wealth and gains. Removing the ability to use these is against capitalism and free market for Main Street investors. It stops valid hedging and leveraging long term strategies. Stop the madness!
