Dont take away our freedom to invest! This would be so unfair on so many levels!
These new proposed regulations seem very un-American. It is our money and our choice and we should be able to invest in the same funds as anybody else.
I should be able to choose to invest in leveraged funds without regulations or restrictions. The risks are plainly stated and easy to understand - it does not require special education or training to be able to understand and use these funds.

Taking away the ability for everyday anyone's to protect their wealth, and maybe even obtain large gains during a market bear, or not making the knowledge about these products more readily available for the everyday anyone to educate themselves on how to use them properly, and to their best advantage.
