You not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
A 2x or 3x is not much different than some of these extremely volatile stocks. We are grown ups, we will never learn, if someone constantly is trying to protect us. INVERSE funds are an
I oppose the USA Big Brother Nanny attitude of government regulation regarding investing. Especially stocks and forex. In forex only 3 countries in the whole world restrict leverage to maximum of 50 to 1. All other countries are allowed 500 and even 1000 to 1. Are these citizens smarter or is it those governments allow a person the freedom to spend their money as each person sees fit????
The NASD, through its wholly owned subsidiary, NASD Regulation, Inc., has filed with the SEC a proposed rule change to amend NASD Rule 1032(f) to change the date by which certain registered representatives who trade equity securities in the Nasdaq Stock Market and/or over-the-counter must pass the Series 55 Examination.
i think the concept of restricting the public's right to invest in leveraged etf's is plain wrong. There is no reason to single out these investment vehicles for restrictions. The stock market is filled with risks, these not being much more than so many others. I have traded in these for years to my success and sometimes loss. But they are a great way to leverage your decisions. They
I find it it incredibly demeaning that the same people who want to do this to us refuse to regulate themselves. Laws against insider trading for Congress continue to fail while they try and tighten the screws on us. Secondly, this is another way to inhibit short selling. You can't just make us buy stocks and bonds and manipulate the market up and to the right. Let the market work on
My husband and I invest casually in video games, automotive, and TQQQ. I feel everyone should have access to public investments. To invest in any stock or fund involves some risk. That is the nature of it. My family should have the same access to investments that we have always had. If we were restricted from trading TQQQ, wouldnt that take the free out of free market?
I should not be regulated on what stocks I can buy. I shouldnt have go threw any special process to invest in leveraged funds or inverse funds. I do not need these measures imposed on me. They are an important part of my portfolio as a hedge and to enhance returns. Public investments are right for me and my family. Investments should not be available for the just privileged but all of the people
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to protecting my portfolio of investments in my self-directed IRA accounts. These rights are no different than the right to invest in bank CD's or various bond investments, stocks, or options. Regulators need not impose restrictions on private investors making decisions on public investments. This is infringing on idividual rights to buy, sell
I strongly oppose the government to regulate and/or restrict my right to invest in financial instruments in whatever form. Freedom in capitalism, the right to put my money in public investment without impediment is a fundamental personal right. I have been investing in stocks since I earned my first dollar. I want to continue to have the freedom to exercise that financial option without
Leveraged and inverse ETFs are important to my investment strategy because I don't know how to trade options or short the stocks. It's easy to understand and easy to buy and sell. Please don't take it away from us. Otherwise I will have harder time to accumulate enough savings for my retirement. Please leave it alone, there are tremendous reasons for leverage and
