Inverse fund products provide a necessary alternative to shorting an over-valued security while minimizing the risk with a direct short of a security. Additionally, leveraged products are an alternative to margining ones account, which can lead to margin calls. Lastly, most brokerages have internal controls to limit individual's exposure to any risks that may be associated with
Dear Sirs, I have been investing over 40 years and understand that investing involves risk. Especially leveraged funds. However, I feel the potential advantages of the leverage afforded by leveraged funds provide an opportunity to improve the performance of my portfolio. Life consists of risks and they cannot be eliminated. Please do not restrict my ability to amplify the returns of a small
I should be able to choose any public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just certain people.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest any public securities.
I are capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.
I can accept my own risks
I should be able to utilize all of my OWN personal resources and education, to invest as I wish, at my own risk. We don't need government to police or determine where I'm qualified to risk my own hard earned money. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategy, and it would be an unfair advantage to the larger investors to take that away from us little

I do support more carification from the issuer to investors of these instruments.
Thank you
I cannot state how much I am opposed to excessive regulations taking away my freedom to invest as I so chose. I utilize put options on these types of leveraged funds such as UPRO and TQQQ to acquire shares tied to the S&P and Nasdaq at a very advantageous price and then sell covered calls against the shares once obtained. I can make upwards of 5% on my money each month with
I strongly oppose the proposed restrictions and regulations currently being considered. I believe that I should be able to choose the investments that are best for me without hinderance from government regulators. My investment in leveraged funds are an important part of my investment strategy. I should not have to pass any tests or demonstrate my understanding of leveraged funds and their risks
