These leveraged funds provide outstanding trading and investment products for successfully managing my stock market investments. Individuals should have the same opportunities as the "professionals", many of whom do not perform as well as the good individual investor. There should not be barriers that prevent the average investor from participating in these products. The risks are
I use leveraged and inverse funds regularly in my investment strategy. They are an integral part of my portfolio. I am fully capable of understanding all the risks associated with these funds and have knowingly chosen to include them in my portfolio after analyzing those risks. The brokerage firms already require signed documents in order to trade these instruments and they also give warnings
I believe it is our right as investors in a free and fair market to invest our hard earned money into leveraged ETFs and inverse leveraged ETFs without regulation. It is our duty to make sure we are aware of the risks and regulations of these products and many brokerages offer a warning before trading or investing in these products. The regulation or complete banning of these products puts us at
FINRA should not take away rights of retail investors in trading leveraged ETFs. US market is not the only place to invest these days and it might force retail investor to invest more in risky offshore markets. If the leverage ETF investing is taken away from retail investors, it will widen the spread between bid/ask. Not to mention the number of jobs that will be lost in the financial industry.

I really appreciate the ability to access and use complex financial tools in the form of simple trading instruments. I use leveraged, inverse and crypto funds regularly for trying to
The idea of putting restrictions on Inverse/Leveraged securities is just a bad idea. 1) These instruments are not that complicated - people can understand them....Typically they are based on indexes (e.g., 2X SPX etc.), that's easier to understand than the inner-workings of any individual company! 2) FINRA, I believe, already requires brokers to display warnings - that's good enough. A
I am very concerned about the possible restriction to trade leveraged and inverse funds. This is an important part of my investment strategy as they help me to hedge my investments using less money. They are a limited, but critical and strategic part of my overall investment portfolio. Its not difficult to understand the risks involved especially for the way I am using it. Without them, I
Sirs, I have been made aware of some potential changes in how I might trade equities. I am a retired physician, with no formal training in finance. However, I have trained myself rigorously in order to successfully trade securities and maintain and grow my investments. I rely on many leveraged and inverse funds to hedge my long term investments and manage risk, to acquire income for cost of
The last time I checked, I was still living in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA ! I have the right to trade in investments of MY choice. I have studied extensively on many forms of investments, such as options, futures, stocks
and ETF's. I am fully aware of the risks that go with leveraged and inverse funds, options , stocks, and futures. I do not need a regulator telling me what I can and
