I am responsible for investing my money, I have enjoyed investing in leveraged securities such as FAS, URTY, JNUG, and JDST. I do not feel the securities are "TOO" risky, please allow us investors to make our own decisions.
If anything stop "Naked Shorting" and "PFOF".
Thanks.
The stock market is in a difficult situation now because of war and inflation. After May 4th, the stock market is expected to rise in the short term. There have been many difficulties this year, but I think it will recover a lot.I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments.
Investing in Proshares is easier and less riskier than individual stocks that are easily manipulated by Wall Street algorithms. In case regulators seriously want to protect investors, then abolish shorting activity from stocks and market so this casino activity triggered by Wall Street can be stopped.
FINRA and the sec are only here to protect large investors to become richer. This rule change and the fact that the sec approved a futures but not spot etf, enabling shorts is proof of that. This is why crypto is so important. It takes the power away from these corrupt officials and gives it back to the individual.
Short selling is been used in a malicious way to hurt the retail investors and please must be stopped. Younger generations losing trust in the stock market is growing and in the long run will affect the overall and trust in our economy. Thank you!!
We need to see what is going on. The short selling in dark pools. This is not a fair market. T2 is a joke. It should be same day. Hedge funds need to show there hand. So we all can be on the same playing field.
Use of leveraged and inverse funds are key to my investment strategies. I do not believe that they should be excessively regulated. I am currently using the inverse Long Treasury Bond ETF as a hedge against higher interest rates.
Inverse ETFs are important to my investing strategy. Specifically, being able to invest in inverse bond ETFs allows me to hedge against changing interest rates. I think the proposed restrictions should not be put in place.
I understand that the SEC wants to restrict my ability to buy and sell leveraged and inverse funds. I oppose any such restrictions. I do not need the SEC to "protect" me or my interests. Please stay out of my business.
This is a crazy proposed change that is not in individual investors best interest. I, not the regulators, should have the freedom to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
