It is unbelievable that you would wish to attempt to place such restrictions on these trading vehicles. These have been available for many years and I personally have used these in my trading strategies to manage risk. We are all fully aware of the volatility associated with leveraged funds. These present no greater danger than supposedly save bonds

I wish to be able to freely trade any public investment, including inverse and leverged funds!
I disagree with any special process to trade leverage ETFs. It is my choice to take this risk.
I oppose new regulations to limit me from trading 3X or inverse ETF. Thanks
