I need to buy leveraged ETF such as QLD and TQQQ in order to achieve my financial retirement plan goal. Please provide me the opportunity to buy leveraged ETF for me and my family's future.
Inverse funds are helpfully in a down market. I am using one with success. They are an alternate for shorting in retirement accounts. However, I believe some details in how they are structured could make them more useful.

Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for my future retirement years.
Individual investors (retail traders) should be allowed access to the full range of hedging products that are offered in the market place. Hedging a long term retirement portfolio is just as legitimate as any other market participant
I have used leveraged and inverse leveraged funds for many years with great success. I am a retired engineer and it would be a severe hindrance to my financial progress if my use of these type funds were restricted or eliminated.
Please leave the leveraged and inverse funds as they are. I am presently retired and they are an important part of my investment strategy. If they were no longer available to me it would cause great financial harm to me and my family.
