The desire to control the entire population of the United States is exactly what was feared by our founders. This is just one more example of "control" where lawmakers are seeking to push their agenda in just another area of our lives as free citizens; our ability to invest funds as we choose.
The people of The United States have the right to make their own decisions regarding investments. I use technical analysis as guidance to invest for my families future. You have no right to change the rules when we the people can profit in a recession.

United States of America if a free country free to practice the faith you choose, free you to move where you want to live and make a legal living. Please keep your hands off, I should be able to choose what investments are right for me and my family.
The United States of America is supposed to be the land of opportunity. By restricting what people can invest in is taking away the opportunities that Americans have. It additionally allows the rich to get richer but not allow those of a lower net worth to participate in the same investments. Please put a stop to restricting funds, like BITO.
