If these ETF are fraudulent - carry on, but don't be over diligent or a "nanny state" with investments in crypto. My holdings are less than 0.5% of my total net worth.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
Please step out of Americans rights to purchase whatever stocks/crypto we choose. Its out right to make these decisions. We have the right to make money or loose it if we choose. You dont know whats best for us!
It is further damaging to the middle and lower class to continue to deny the flexible investing that the rich 1% are priveledged to. This is just another law that keeps the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer.
I definitely oppose you putting restrictions on what I want to invest in. No regulator can insist I pass some test to prove I can buy BITO or any other investment I deem appropriate for me.
Pls allow small investors to invest in the crypto.
I think this is the only way that we have access to a regulated way to invest in cryptocurrency and it's not fair to limit this window or to shut it down.
I strongly oppose limiting our ability to invest in instruments of our choosing, just as you oppose us limiting your ability to invest in instruments you an privy information about.
