I would like to assert that I want to have the freedom and flexibility to choose the investments that I deem appropriate for me and my family, especially leveraged and inverse funds. These funds allow us the opportunity to protect some of my existing investments. I don't wish to be subjected to any special process, like taking a test, before I can invest in them.
I want to choose the public investments that are useful and right for me. The investment should be available to all public, not just few with privileged body of people. I should be able to invest anytime not going thru certain brokers, passing tests including cryptocurrency fund as BITO. Cryptocurrency is new way of diversifying my investment for balancing my portfolio.

let us invest and trade, some of us are following newsletters for years. we don't want to now be limited. these investments let us put on a hedge and stay long. don't make us take some test, it is too limiting. free country to learn and invest and we want different ways to balance everything out

Investors should not be vented with personal investment decisions. The prospectus outlines all extra risks and no one should be tested or censored by anyone if a decision to invest personally. I have a right to do what I want with my own money. Regulators should not harass investors with rules about purchases in leverage/geared investments and pay more attention to crypto?
I should not have to pass a test before investing in public securities. I have been investing in all kinds of markets for more than 55 years. I am fully aware of what leveraged funds are and what inverse funds are and what their benefits and risks are. I essentially use leveraged and inverse funds to protect my long term investments.
Leverage ETFs provide efficient use of capital for small investors without much access to capital. Investor should be allowed to invest in security of their choice without interference of regulators. There should not be a special securities test for investing in any security. Leverage security help small investor hedge portfolio without high cost futures account.
