FINRA regulates a critical part of the securities industry – member brokerage firms doing business in the United States. In an effort to increase public awareness and understanding about the broad range of FINRA-registered firms and individuals, FINRA shares an annual snapshot of some of the data collected in the course of its work.
I believe after reviewing the current rules, and revision suggestions made, that it is INCREDIBLY important that FINRA immediately implement the changes as suggested AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It is apparent that the system of reporting is severely outdated and antiquated relative to the available technology and communication speeds of today. It has become quite clear that the nature of this antiquated
I appose restrictions to my rights to invest. I should be able to choose my public investment for me and my family, not only the privileged. This is not 1920 prohibition era, prohibition in the public investments give privileged people rights to exploit. This is not what Unites States should do as a so called democratic and country of equality.
I find it odd that FINRA would require individuals to possess a net worth of greater than 1.000.000 dollars or an income of over 200.000 a year in order to invest in leveraged ETFs. This effort blatantly furthers the financial disparity in the United States unequally allowing privileged individuals to create larger pools of wealth. No correlation exists between a persons competency and the size
I am an American and have the right to freedom of speech and my own choices. I don't want to lose my freedom. My father fought in world war 2 to help keep freedom in the United States of America along with others and many who have lost their lives for freedom NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO TAKE THAT AWAY!!!
I cannot believe in the United States that we would be limited in what we can invest in the stock market. I could believe it if it was Russia but it's not. I have an MBA an engineering degree, a pilot's license and I'm scuba certified. I think I'm smart enough and I should be able to invest my own money the way I want it to be invested
Dear Elected officials of the citizens of the United States. I think investors and not the regulators know what's best for us. Investment products like " BITO " give us a chance to diversify our investments. With the money printing going on in Washington, I think this product will serve me well. Please let me make a choice with my money.
People should have the ability to invest in whatever they choose to invest in! The United States of America is a free and sovereign country and many have died in wars protecting that freedom. We don't need someone telling us what to invest in, what medical care to get, stay in your lane and leave free Americias alone!

I do not understand the intent, but generally regulations that prevent freedom of choice and one's own destiny are not likely a good idea. Admittedly I don't understand the list mentioned, however initial IPO is very concerning, considering some of the richest people took those opportunities, why would we be denied such opportunities in United States, the land of opportunity.
