I am an active trader and enjoy trading these ETFs. It is my pastime and I would hate to lose it. I don't do it to make large sums of money.
Fairness is key. Everything needs to be reported for a fair and equal trading opportunity for everyone.
Public investments should be available to all of the public. Retail traders or investors should be able to freely choose whatever products that fit their trading strategies!
Stay [REDACTED] out of the free market and look to regulate things that come under your review...like insider trading, not small investors like me...
Do not regulate what securities I can choose to trade in. I use TD Ameritrade because I want the freedom to invest in any stock that I want, period!!

I find the leveraged ETFs very useful in my trading as part of my portfolio. Please do not restrict access to this useful tool.
I feel this should not be stopped as this gives option to investors who do not trade in options. So i dont think you should take that option away.
This type of investment stratigy is important to my retierment success - do not stop me for being able to trade and suport my family - Thank you
I oppose regularing trades to buy leveraged and inverse funds, like Ultra and UltraShort exchange-traded funds, as well as many other types of popular investments.
We definitely know the risk of leveraged and inverse ETF!
We should be able to freely choose whatever products that fit our trading strategies.
