I strongly oppose any restrictions or limitations on ability of free trading and investing in any complex products as leveraged and inverse funds offered by ProShares.
I don't think it's right. We should, as the people of this democracy, be able to purchase anything to do with stock trading, including crypto. This is not right!!!!
Please leave things alone. To make some trades i need to read stuff i have read before and thats more than enough.
We don't need a nanny to watch over our investments. Keep the markets open and let us trade without this needless scrutiny.
These products are clearly labeled as risky and requires a written consent to trade already. Let people and cats do what they want to do with their money.
For self-directed investors, let us take on the responsibility for trading in so-called "complex" products. There's no need for your protection unless we ask for it.

The markets have allowed small investors access to leveraged trading vehicles like options for decades now. There is no need for new regulation here.
This proposal is plain stupid...an attempt to destory free maket trading and giving control to Marxist burearocrats. Please don't restrict these types of funds.
