Comments:I firmly oppose the limits on leveraged and inverse funds to be imposed on individual investors like myself. It will only lead to investors investing in riskier non regulated or international markets.
The problem with anybody investing in anything is that, almost tautologically, a large fraction of the financial crises over the last 800 years arose from over investment in unfamiliar financial vehicles.

I like the ability to invest in different instruments. It should be my choice what I invest in.
PLEASE regulate this industry in every way possible including limiting investments. It is high time we had a maximum income limit. Please keep regualting and regulate some more.
I am investing in an ETF that tracks the price of bitcoin as a hedge against inflation and a dollar that will weaken with continued deficit spending. Dont take away this option which allows me to play the crypto smarket without having to hold bitcoin itself. It would be an OUTRAGE to take this away.
Please allow us to invest in leveraged funds. And there must be a way to allow this along with ensure those inexperienced investors a safety net.
