I just want to have options when I need it and have funs when I am trading a X3 fund. Please do not take this away from me.
Please dont take away my ability to trade these securities as it is a very important way for me to hedge the huge losses in my portfolio. This is very important.

I've been trading with leveraged and inversed etfs over years. FINRA should not regulate investor's right to choose leveraged or inversed as tools to build their wealth.
Please do not limit my ability, and right, to invest in inverse and leveraged funds. These are tools that are instrumental for balanced, and universal trading. I understand short positions and their risks.

This deprives retail investors of the right to trade freely, giving institutions or the rich a greater overwhelming advantage and more financial instruments; and will have a great impact on liquidity.
Please do not limit my options trading. I understand the risks involved and should be allowed to make the decision on how much risk I am willing to accept.
