Please do not limit my ability to make my own trading and investing decisions. I am a grown adult and able to make decisions for myself.
Hello. I bought and sold leveraged ETFs and still hold a lot of them such as spxl and tqqq. I ask you to not restrict my ability to own or trade these.
Leveraged and inversely leveraged ETF are not complex products. They are more risky, but not complex. It would be great to keep current regulations unchanged when trading these ETFs.
This is a disgrace to any mindful investor. I would sue FINRA, even if I hold licenses, if any further action is considered to restrict the core products I trade.
Comments:Please leave the funds alone as it is. If one doesn't understand the "complex products" - including leveraged and inverse funds (L&I Funds). They should not be in the trading these funds.
More transparency and an equal fair trade market where illegal naked shorting is minimized.
We all should have the same rights not just a selected few. I am capable of understanding risk and rewards and trading for over 20 years
Stay out. Let me decide what I want to invest in. I spend all day trading. I know what I am doing. I understand the risks.
I oppose imposing any restrictions on trading leveraged/inverse products. I am an experienced investor and use these types of products to provide a leveling effect on my portfolios.
I'm against proposed rule #s7-25-15 and would like to have access to trade all investments and be abel to decide what I want to invest in.
