I am very able to choose what I invest in. I don't need Regulators to babysit my finances for me. I shouldn't need to pass any "test" to exercise my Right to Pursue Happiness. Get the Federal Government's nose out of my business.
I fully understand the risks of leveraged and index funds and object to the govt overreach of requiring a test to be able to trade these funds.
Exactly what do you consider high net worth. Will they only be available to the privileged rich. This should be available to all of the public.
Please do not restrict or limit our ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds and dozens of other popular
investments deemed to be complex. No testing or other special process should be required as well. Public investments should be available to the public.

Do not impose net worth or testing requirements nor any restrictions as proposed in FINRA Regulatory Notice 22-08. These are ridiculous concepts of regulation that reveal FINRA's utter disregard for the individual investor's education and level of discernment. Discard these proposed regulations permanently.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Nor should I need to pass any test or demonstrate ability to clearly understand what I am investing in.
I am an investors that uses leveraged and inverse funds to meet my investment objectives and am fully aware of the unique risks and benefits that they pose. Please do not limit my access to the investments, or require that I take any special tests to gain access.

The investor, not regulators should be able to choose which public investments that are right for myself and family. There shouldn't need to be some special test before being able to make certain investments. Cryptocurrency is the future and any regulations against it as an investment is wrong and un-American.
Please do NOT limit my ability to invest how I see fit. If there is no test at the polls to check your net worth, knowledge of candidates, or issues, why would you limit investment opportunities? These are public investments and shouldn't be limited to any group.
