We live in a free country and should be able to continue making public investments as what is good for me. I am retired and should be able to make investments as I choose. It is my money not the governments money and not for legislators to decide for me.
As you regulators veer more towards stricter regulations and communism, I implore you to stay out of our business. Concern yourselves more with letting retirement accounts allowing that worthless bitcoin being able to be allotted as a percentage.
These products, costly as they are, are the primary way people with individual retirement accounts and other regulated tax-advantaged accounts can hedge and take contrary positions in these markets. Please dont exclude us from trading these products, especially now.

Hello,
I am a retail investor and I have been investing / trading for last several years. I understand the risk / reward relationship associated with leveraged ETF like TQQQ or SQQQ. Id like to express my displeasure with the attempt to restricting my ability to easily and appropriately utilize leveraged and inverse ETFs. These tools are the only way I have an opportunity to achieve a comfortable and much needed retirement for myself and my family.
I use leveraged and inverse funds as part of my trading strategy. It is far less risky than using options in a retirement account. Please allow the continued use of the Proshares offering as I frequently trade TQQQ and SQQQ in my portfolio.
