Everyone should have their right to invest at their own free will in any public investment. There is always risk in any investment, not just in the leveraged and inverse funds. Everyone who invests knows the risk its our right to make our good or bad decisions while investing in something we believe. Therefore I oppose to this regulation.
Stop meddling in; what we as Americans can or cannot invest in. This is complete overreach. You should not be allowed to be diictators and America is not a communist countryyet anyway.

Your proposed new regulations are totally unnecessary and only puts a burden on both investors and investment services. Notice of the risks are amply provided at this time and further action is useless and a waste of time.

Whenever i try to buy a leverage fund, my broker shows warnings at multiple places in big bold red letters during the transaction. I suspect if someone "accidentally" bought these leveraged funds. I
