I understand the reasoning for this regulations but feel they are much too strict and will penalize investors who understand the additional risks and leveraged funds perfectly but don't have high net worth. I think it's pretty clear that high net worth certainly doesn't make you a responsible investor and the opposite is just as true if not moreso.
Do not take away our right to invest how and where we want.
I reject the proposed changes to existing rules for retail investors to invest in leverages and inverse funds. I would hope that the purpose of the rules and regulations you apply are to protect individuals and ensure fairness in the markets. Restricting the access of the masses to markets makes them less fair.

In my opinion. These ETF's are no more risky than any other investment, especially under the current market conditions. When meme stocks and crypto currencies are more volatile and unpredictable than any leveraged or inverse fund. .
