The limitation on the ability for the individual investor to invest in inverse and leveraged investments is asinine. I may not be a CFA nor have FINRA series licenses, but am smart enough to know "I think this sector is going to go down, and I don't want to become a short seller, so investing in this ETF that is inverse allows me the freedom to invest in something I believe in
There should not be any regulations on how i invest my money.
Sounds like lawmakers don't want us to have the potential to make money with our hard earned money.
Please do not make it more difficult for me to make investments.

Leveraged ETFs have allowed me to make my self financially self reliant. I understand the risks after regularly investing in these for over 11 years. I have always taken a cautious approach and invest in these ETFs using only the excess savings beyond my contribution limits to my 401Ks and housing as a diversification strategy while having a safety net in other investing
I work hard for every cent I have. When I am lucky to have some to invest, I want to invest my way and don't want more regulation. I have lost my financial stability because of Democratic leadership. Under Trump it was coming back. Biden and Congress are killing me!

We should all be free to invest however we want. Keep it up to individual.
