I understand the risks of investing in leveraged and inverse funds so I only invest a limited part of my overall portfolio in those funds. I do not like to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I do not like any restrictions on my right to invest in those funds.
It's especially important regulators hear from you in your own words. Please use the body of this email to customize your response. This administration isnt killing all the good things we have built over the years!!!!! It is pure evil for our nation!!!!!!
I am appalled at the regulatory overreach being proposed here attempting to limit the ability of regular people like myself from investing in funds how I choose to and at the risk level I choose and am comfortable with. Investors like myself understand that funds, ETF's, leveraged or not contain risk and I do not need some ghost agency behind the curtain trying to make my decisions for me.
This is the only way to help keep up with inflation and should be my choice and not up to someone else. Our politicians get insider info and make billions and then become power hungry. Most of us Normal Folk just want to live comfortably and pay our bills or added expenses.
Bitcoin is now a standard, conventional asset class, along with stocks, bonds, and precious metals. US citizens should be able to freely invest in bitcoin and bitcoin-tracking funds if they wish. Citizens benefit from having a greater diversity of investment options, including bitcoin and bitcoin-tracking funds. The reality of investing is that each person is responsible for their own investments
Please do not restrict me from buying or selling any crypto currency. It is my right in a free country to make the decision on my on and you do not have that right to make them for me. How would you like for me to put restrictions on something that limits or takes away your rights. This is not what your role as a regulator. Thank you
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in public investments. I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities including cryptocurrency funds such as BITO.
Why is the government always trying to take things away from the little ,man?
The ability to buy leveraged and inverse funds helps me to reduce risk. It is inappropriate for regulators to take away an easy access to such "tools".
I as an investor should have free choice to decide what I want to invest. That decision should be made by me not forced by regulators. Instead regulators should limit big players shorting the market with minimum margin requirement.
