The people / investors not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for our selfs and our families Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. As a investor it is our responsibility to understand what we invest in before we invest so the funds your looking to prohibit with restrictions from the retail investor or public
please don't interfere with my ability to invest. I've run a succuss trading strategy using the products you wish to regulate. under your provisions my net worth wouldn't qualify and I'd be barred from making money because I'm not wealthy enough. only allowing the rich access to leveraged and inverse funds only prevents others from successfully hedging risk. please don
I do not want to be restricted. I can make my own investment choices.
I understand that leveraged and inverse funds are risky, but it should be my decision to invest in these funds. These funds do not make a majority of my investments, and is part of a diverse portfolio. Regulators should not impose restrictions which will prevent the public such as myself to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. Please do not take away our right to invest.

I believe knowledgeable and longtime individual investor should be able to use all kinds of investment tools, especially in today's Markets! If the big institutions use these investment tools, why not the Individual Investors?? Do the Right thing for all...
Leveraged funds are important investment tool for me as it allows me to hedge my positions without using margin and the added risk involved with doing so. Thank you for this opportunity to be heard.
