I have 25+ years of experience of investing in different types of securities including creation of my own complex investments. I strongly oppose the idea of restriction of trading of complex products.
I fully oppose any regulations upon access to trading, investment products, and other aspects designed as protection. I particularly oppose restrictions based on net worth as that is totally unfair.
I strongly disagree with this attempt to limit investors options. There wasn't any requirements for us to trade these leveraged instruments and there shouldn't be any now. That's what we have disclosures for.

Stop all shorting. Stop ALL insider trading make it a minimum 100K dollar fine.
Then the rest of us would be ok if the wallstreet people weren't allowed to short.
Please allow me to continue trading leveraged investment products. They are integral to my investment strategy and allow me to safeguard my portfolio more than unleveraged products.
