Please do not take any current options for maximum flexibility in the free market trading of US securities. The market is already over manipulated by government regulations and the enforcement agencies, including the Federal Reserve. If you are looking for a more open and fair market, start by taking away the right to invest in individual stocks from the US House of Representatives and the Senate

I oppose SEC proposed Rule #S7-24-15. The small investor should not have rules applied to them that the SEC does not apply to the large investor. Indivindual investors(Adults) have the means to read a prospectus and do their own research. My analogy is ignorance of the law is no excuse when you break the law and get in trouble. I very much oppose any attempt by regulators to prohibit me from investing as I see fit. I am fully aware of the risks of investing in leveraged funds and have taken those risks into account.
I am strictly against limitations of trading leveraged or inverse tools. It is a usefull way how to enhance profit or hedging a portfolio. I just want to keep the system running freely as it is currently now. Thank you Ivan Cenov
