I believe it is very important for investors to be able to invest in products that move in the opposite direction of the market in times of bear markets. I want to have the freedom to invest where I choose to invest and I do realize it is at my own risk. Please do not take this freedom away from me.
I should solely be able to choose my own legal investments and how and where my money is spent without any government regulations restricting my freedom to do so.

I do not agree with proposed restrictions on leveraged or inverse funds for individual investors. There is not reason to think that average investors can not use these funds responsibly.
