I do not agree with stoping our freedom to buy leverage and investment funds.
I have purchased and sold these securities for over 8 years. and fully understand the risks/rewards. They are important to my investing strategy. This is another over reach of my freedom.
Unfair market regulation does nothing but prevent investors from achieving their monetary goals. These regulations place undo burden upon investors that prefer to self manage their own portfolios.
I would like to make money off greedy banks as the market crashes. Please don't steal this opportunity from me.
Please continue to let the small retail investors trying to build their retirement funds when the markets begin to fall, continue to trade inverse and multi-leveraged funds. IRA accounts are not allowed to short stocks and can't get margin for shorting so when markets go down so fast and stops are not always in place, we become "bag holders" in many good company stocks but because
I as an investor who regularly invests in leveraged and inverse funds do not need or want government intrusion regarding my investment choices. There are multiple private entities available that can provide much better, experienced based recommendations. Government involvement as usual, will only worsen the situation.
I oppose any proposal to limit my freedom to invest in leveraged and/or inverse funds. I fully understand these investments and use them to hedge my portfolio risks. I do not see any need for forcing me to go through a special process in order to trade these instruments.

Investors should be able to buy instruments of their choosing. The restrictions on trading in the expert markets have already ruined pricing and liquidity on many equities at the expense of small investors. Please don't continue harming investors through restrictions. Leveraged funds have many useful purposes including limiting risk through hedging and avoiding use of margin loans.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. There are certain times when inverse mutual funds work well in my portfolio. Not having availability to these types of investments would force me to use futures to achieve my goals and protect my portfolio in turbulent times. We all know
