I am totally opposed to this proposed rule. I use this products and very much educated about its risks. We as investors should have the right to choose which investments to trade on.
This regulation is extremely harmful to investors. With proper education, many investors can learn to trade these equities safely just like other investment. Have regulations hurts the nature of these investments
Why is a company like Citadel allowed to trade naked shorting, to the point that more than 100% of the company shares are sold.

I oppose any restriction to trade in what is called complex products. I am experienced enough to know the risks of leveraged and inverse funds and do not need to have regulatory restrictions impose on me.
I understand the value of short selling. I understand it is a mechanism to root out unsavory characters that may be using subversive tactics to artificially prop up a stock/ security, however I do not understand why, in 2021 we as retail investors do not have access to the same information at the same time as institutional investors? how is that a free market? again its 2021 and we have internet
