All the investors should be able trade leveraged ETFs without any restrictions or interference. It's not fair for investors who purchased ETF the end of last year then disable those at the bottom of the market.
Please do NOT limit investor access to leveraged and inverse funds. They are a very important part of my trading and investment portfolio, and provide a very efficient way to actually reduce risk in volatile markets.
This proposal is unconstitutional and can only be decided by individual states. Additionally you can simply warn people about the risks but not make it more difficult to invest or trade in certain funds as that is an undue burden.
Please consider my voice not to restrict and prevent trading the Leveraged ETFs for individual investor like me. This is totally unfair and heavy impact for me. Please do not apply any restriction or prvention.
I see leverage and inverse funds as just another investment vehicle. Really no difference than bond funds or Bitcoin or even some of the stocks that are outside there being traded.
I support inverse and leveraged funds.
I have traded these investments for years and made good money. This year, now that I have losses you are going to take them away? If so you need to pay me for my COST first!
It's especially important regulators hear from you in your own words. Please use the body of this email to customize your response. I think every investor has right to trade ETFS.
I am against any additional regulations on my ability to trade leveraged and inverse funds. I am fully capable of making my own decisions without you looking over my shoulder.
Restricting access to these investments would be totally unfair to any investors that wish to trade any of these investments, nobody is forced as it is totally voluntary.
Why would restrict anybody's access, this is supposed to be a free Country.
Stop. This is none of your business and you don't know what you're doing. An efficient market needs investors on both sides of a trade....buyers and sellers, long and short, who are responsible for their trades. Not you.
