Dear SEC: I am heavily invested in multiple crypto currencies because I have no confidence in the dollar, the U.S. Government and the regulatory agencies. The administration has orchestrated the prosecution of an avoidable and preventable war in the Ukraine which has married Russia to China on their economies and has resulted in a weakening of the dollar as the world's main trading currency
I oppose restrictions to my account ..
I oppose any and all actions that would restrict the ability of any individual to invest their own property how they see fit, especially rules that intentionally exclude persons based on wealth or income.
I don't want or need my financial decions restricted by any govenment or administration. I want the freedom to make my own investment decisions.
I OPPOSE THE RESTRICTIONS ON MY RIGHT TO INVEST. Control those who develop the products in the market and that they comply with the standards
It is my preference to invest as I choose. Limiting rights to invest in various investment vehicles made available only to a select few is un-American. Current rules regarding being or not being accredited investors are sufficient to protect investors without new restrictions being added as you are proposing. Please resist the urge to do so; especially if the restrictions you are choosing to add
We don't need or want you to protect us, we need protection from you.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST. I should be able to choose where to invest.
Investments [REDACTED] should not be regulated as to what can be done with them. Investment decisions should be between the investor and their broker.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. It is very important that I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities. I am capable of understanding investments and their risks. As such, I should be allowed to invest in any securities as it is my right to free choice as a citizen of this
