I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

The proposed regulation of leveraged and inverse funds is a radical reach by a government agency to limit our freedoms! The tests, getting approvals, required reading, etc., are an insult to investors who use these investment vehicles as a part of their portfolio. To regulate these so that only the privileged few have access is discriminatory to say the least! This needs to be stopped in its
You shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before investing in public securities and inverse funds. I use these funds to offset my other funds when the market goes down.
My opinion is that more regulations and rules imposes more restrictions on traders and more red tape for individual trading.
This is completely unfair to the retail investor and is just another example of trying to limit the people's rights on investments. Using leveraged funds are essential in day trading, especially when day trading. We as individuals are completely capable in self-sufficient research without having to pass any forms of tests. Public investments are meant for the public, not just the elite.
People, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for them. Public investments should be available to all the public, not just the privileged. We shouldn't have to go through a special process or pass a test before investing in public securities like leveraged and inverse funds. People are capable of making their own decisions and understanding the risks.
Please don't limit our ability to choose what we would like to invest in, whether it's an inverse fund or exponential or both. I shouldn't have to go through a special process or test. I get warning already when I purchase or sell leveraged ETFs so I'm quite aware of the risks associated with the investment strategies. Thanks.
To Whom It May Concern, I have been using leveraged funds such as FAS for many years that are important to my investment strategies and that helped me to seek enhanced returns. It is my belief that as investors we should be able to choose the public investments that are right for our family without going through any special process like passing a test.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I do not want to have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds.
I do not want regulators choosing the publicly traded investments that are right for me.
Thank you for receiving my comments.
My right to invest in certain funds should not be based on my net worth or ability to pass a special test. A majority of my investment income is recieved through both leveraged and inverse funds. Removing my right to trade these public funds will be stealing money directly from my pockets only to give to the rich and privileged.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest.
I should be able to choose what I invest in.
I dont need a test or special process to invest in public funds.
Leveraged funds are only a portion of my portfolio. They help me seek enhanced returns for that portion as part of my overall strategy.
It is anti-capitalist to regulate public funds that I have in my portfolio
