I can pick my own investments, my money not regulators. I am capable of understanding the risk of my investments and do not need to take a course or pass a test to buy leveraged or inverse funds or ETF's. like leveraged and inverse funds. I have been an investor for 40 years and am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.
I don't need restrictions placed on my ability to invest freely.

You shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before investing in public securities and inverse funds. I use these funds to offset my other funds when the market goes down.
My opinion is that more regulations and rules imposes more restrictions on traders and more red tape for individual trading.
This is completely unfair to the retail investor and is just another example of trying to limit the people's rights on investments. Using leveraged funds are essential in day trading, especially when day trading. We as individuals are completely capable in self-sufficient research without having to pass any forms of tests. Public investments are meant for the public, not just the elite.
