Since when is it any of the Federal Government's business as to what or how I spend my hard earned money! You already take plenty even now that I'm retired! We've already had enough freedoms taken away unconstitutionally!
hello, i invest regularly, daily, and am a private investor, to gain income and retirement income, i do not want limitations put on the system i use currently. i currently use leveraged and inverse systems/funds in my portfolio,, thank you for your consideration.
I oppose FINRA dictating regulations on me. I have vern investing over 30 years, and they have no business trying to make it more difficult for me, a Retired woman to invest in whatever I choose.

I oppose the regulators deciding whether I can invest in leveraged or inverse funds. I am a retired investment adviser with 57 years of investment experience. My net worth is such that I am qualified for speculative investments. Markets should be free and not controlled by bureaucrats.

I fully understand the risk I am investing and this is an extra money which I don't need to use until I retire so hope you don't restrict the ability to invest leveraged ETFs. I want to manage it by myself.

I've been investing in leveraged and inverse funds for over 15 years. I would've never been able to build a nest egg for retirement from almost nothing if I did not have the ability to invest in these funds. Please don't take it away.
This is a ridiculous rule to keep working people poor. Some of us want a chance to be able to grow our wealth to retire early . This is class war. Right now is a very uncertain time and we need to be able to build for ourselves a better future .
I am strongly opposed to further regulation limiting access to ETFs that are inverse/leveraged. These give a way to protect my Retirement funds in case of extreme reversals. I am just an average retiree that prefers a way to protect my IRA that took years to build.
Leave this alone you the Government already tax SS, our retirements , we-pay to get our Social Security after we paid in for 40 years and now you have so much money you dont have to worry about it!
