I have traded leveraged etf for 20 years. I read the prospective and used the leveraged etf to reduce some risks. I want to this tool to be available to me, not just the privileged. I dont want regulars to impose a test on me.
I should be able to choose which investments I make, if they are publicly traded then regular investors should not be impeded. I understand the risks involved and should not have to go through any special processes to invest leveraged and inverse funds.
Please get out of the business of trying to regulate the average guy. If you want to do something productive, find and jail those who are doing insider trading. Leave the leveraged ETFs alone, they are regulated enough.
Hello, I would like to be able to continue leverage and trade the funds that I'm interested in including inverse funds. I've been able to help supplement some of my income with volatility-linked funds. It is a mistake to take these away.
Americans should be free to research and utilize all manner of publicly traded securities in their investment portfolios. These should not be managed or limited by regulators. I utilize leveraged index-based securities regularly as a core element of my investing strategy.
As an investor, I would like to be able to choose the best investments for my personal situation. I have access to a financial planner and I am well informed of the risks in trading leveraged securities.
I am against any further regulation.
I am a small invest. I would like to trade like you the big traders. So please try your hardest to think about us small traders before you change regulations. Thanks Maria
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and your family.Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I have been trading over 15 years and know what's best for me.
America is a free country founded on the principles of liberty. It is not governments role or authority to govern where citizens invest. Leveraged an inverse funds offer portfolio hedging that is otherwise difficult to obtain via standard trading accounts.
I regularly use and trade these products. They have been. Great resource and I understand the risk. The prospectus makes that very clear. Options are far more dangerous but dont have nearly the same hurdles to use that are being proposed.
