I oppose regulators proposal to prevent or restrict my ability to invest in leveraged or inverse funds.
Everyone should have the right to invest. No matter what their experience is. Stop this now.
I oppose restrictions of my right to invest.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged. I am capable of understanding cryptocurrency funds such as BITO and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, including cryptocurrency!!
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. Please not regulate. I've been using ProFunds for 20 years, protecting my investments. Thank You.

This comment is to urgently oppose new regulations on so-called "complex products." As an investor with over a decade of experience, I am neither a professional, nor a novice. But the notion of regulating leveraged and inverse products is nonsensical. These products are far and away the easiest to understand of any ETFs/ETNs available to retail investors.

I think I can figure it out. Please don't save the more lucrative (deemed complex) investment oppotunities for the already uber rich.
