I believe that I as am investor shouldnt be stop me from investing in leveraged ETFs. In regard to risk these ETFs are not any different than some risky stocks that are presently traded. Leave me my liberty to invest freely.
I am opposed to regulatory restrictions of my ability to buy, sell or trade public stock. My investments are mine and I do not need regulations to hinder my ability to sell, purchase or otherwise invest.

James Manuel
These types of funds actually reduce risk for retail investors who wish to short the market. Conventional short-selling's losses are theoretically infinite while trading inverse funds ensures you only lose a fixed amount of capital.
Hello, Please do not make it more difficult for me to freely trade in leveraged and/or inverse etf funds. There's plenty of warning already and I think the volatility of these funds are less than Bitcoin, etc. Thanks for listening.
Stop trying to take away our source of income. I trade QQQ and SQQQ specifically and that is our family's income. Stop being greedy. Your PDT rule already keeps people from making money on their own
I should be able to choose the public investment not regulators. Public investment should be available to all who want to invest not only for the privilege, I should not have to take a special test before I can trade. It should be my decisions
I should be allowed to invest in what I want to. I am capable of reading prospectuses and am capable of making informed investment decisions. I would vote against such a regulation that would restrict my ability to trade inverse or leveraged funds.
i have used leveraged etf's in trading tactics. i find them very useful and disappointing at times but having them is an option i would not want to lose or have restricted. please do not change my access to these etf's. thanks.
I have successfully used leveraged and inverse etf's and mutual funds for years and I would strongly disagree with any government entity restricting my freedom of investment choices, limitations or special conditions being met in order to trade.
Please do not put further regulation on leveraged and inverse funds. Specific regulation should not be placed on individual market instruments and not others that are just as risky. It is better to let approved instruments be traded openly and without unnecessary impediments.
