Leveraged and inverse funds might be risky, but the investor is responsible for managing their risk. NOT THE GOVERNMENT!!!

The investments on 2x or 3x leveraged funds is individual responsibility to decide. It is not risked environment
I have invested in such funds for many years and it is my choice whether to assume this risk.
To FINRA, It has come to my attention through my broker that this notice may lead to a restricting of many types of investments that I have available to me. While some of the recommended requirements such as a cooling-off period and an increase in information that a client must see could benefit retail investors. Other requirements such as a net worth requirement are troubling, to say the least.
Really? Tax the poor with lotteries, but not allow investors to use risk to hedge positions?
A lot of these instruments are great avenues for common investors like me to hedge the risk.
I oppose any limits to my ability to hedge risk by investing in leverage ETFs.
I understand the risk, but still wish to be able to invest in my BITO crypto fund.
I understand the risks, please don't lock me out based on net worth.
