Regulators should not be able to choose what is available to me and reserve select public investments for only the privileged or chosen. I ask you to not pass FINEA Reg #22-08 as I should be able to invest in a variety of securities without going through special tests. These inverse and leverage funds have always helped me to accelerate gains in my retirement account and without ability to do so threatens my ability to be ready for retirement. This is the main reason I use these types of funds, and I will be handicapped otherwise

For heavens sake, the government as it exists is based on lies and special interest groups. We the people do not want you to control our investment decisions or require regulatory qualification to be in the world of finance. These regulations just serve to make investing

I have been trading leveraged funds for almost a decade, and rely on this actively for income. I use inverse funds to hedge and mitigate risk.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important part of my investment strategies. I believe in long term dividend holdings and use leverage and inverse funds to help protect portions of my investments. I shouldn't have to go through any specialized processes like taking a test or proving my investment knowledge.
